Regalo cuisine mostly consists of the foods that originated in Italy. While there are some prominent dishes that have appeared across all the media in the franchise, the cuisine was introduced in more detail in Arcana Famiglia -Festa Regalo!-.

Long pasta[]

Dishes which are based on the long pasta noodles, such as, but not limited to, spaghetti and tagliatelle.

Short pasta[]

Dishes which are based on the pasta noodles which are typically small and distinctly shaped, such as, but not limited to, farfalle, conchiglie, ravioli, penne or maccheroni.

Antipasto[]

Chickpea soup

The first course in the traditional Italian meal. Similarly to appetisers, the dishes in this category are served in small portions and meant to stimulate the appetite, such as soups or bread variety.

Chickpea soup[]

Chickpea soup, (ヒヨコ豆スープ, Hiyoko mame sūpu), is a nutritious soup perfect for curing fatigue. Taught by Luca, Felicità made this soup for Nova as a token of her thanks for his help[1]. However, Nova was shocked when the found out the main ingredient of the soup, because Libertà calls him "chickpea".

Panini[]

Panini (パニーニ, Panīni) is a sandwich made with bread such as ciabatta, rosetta or michetta. They are sometimes served warm after grilling or toasting. Felicità ate them with Libertà and Nova when they went sailing[2]; she also ate them with Jolly[3].

The second course in the traditional Italian meal, often consisting of a pasta dish.

Lasagna[]

Lasagna

Lasagna (ラザニア, Razania) is Pace's favorite food, which he loves to eat in huge portions every day. However, other members of the Arcana Famiglia also enjoy it, and it is often served during the dinner.

Secondo piatto[]

The third course in the traditional Italian meal, often consisting of fish or meat.

Pizza[]

A classic Italian dish consisting of a flat wheat-based dough which is usually topped with tomatoes, cheese and other ingredients.

Dolce[]

Italian for sweet, it refers to the dessert or a sweet snack.

Baci di dama[]

Baci di dama (Italian for lady's kisses) are hazelnut cookies filled with dark chocolate. Luca made them for the Piccolino[4].

Cannoli[]

Cannoli stuffed with riccotta cheese

Cannoli are crisp pastry shells filled with a sweet cream containing ricotta. Pace, Debito and Felicità eat them as a snack when they ventured into the forest with Luca to help harvest his herbs from the greenhouse[5].

Gelato[]

Gelato (ジェラート, Jerāto) is Italian ice cream.

Limone pie[]

Limone Pie

Limone pie (リモーネパイ, Rimōne pai), or lemon pie, is Luca's signature dish. He prepares it mainly for Felicità, but also for the other Arcana Famiglia members, as a tea-time snack. At some point, he also teaches Felicità how to prepare it. It's said by Dante that limone pie is so good that it holds its own against the ones sold in specialty shops.

During one of the repentances, Luca was forced to make a limone pie. It turned out way too small for everyone's tastes, and Pace in his terrifying hunger forced him to prepare more.

Latte[]

Latte, or milk, is offered by Luca to help Felicità fall asleep.

Limonata[]

Limonata (リモナタ, Rimonata), or lemonade, is a drink often made by Luca for Felicità. It's sweet and refreshing on a warm day.

Wine[]

Wine (ワイン, Wain) is an alcoholic drink typically made from fermented grapes. Red wine goes well with meats while white wine goes well with fish varieties; it is also widely used for cooking by adding it to vinegar.
